UptimeIO uses a seat-based model to determine how many people can receive notifications. There are two types of seats:Team Seats

Team seats allow you to add additional team members to your organization with full dashboard access.What Team Members Can Do

- Configure notification profiles
- Manage integrations

- Each member can add 1 email + 1 SMS integration

Notification seats allow you to add additional notification recipients who receive alerts but don’t have dashboard access.What Notification Seat Holders Can Do
✅ Notifications Only:- Receive email notifications
- Receive SMS notifications
- Each seat allows 1 email + 1 SMS integration
- Cannot log in to dashboard
- Cannot create or edit monitors
- Cannot view incidents or metrics
- Cannot configure settings
