# Incident Notification Log

> See which alerts were sent for an incident (session authentication only)

## Overview

Lists the notification deliveries for an incident, with status and retry information.

`GET /api/incidents/{id}/notifications`

## Authentication

Session only: `Authorization: Bearer YOUR_JWT`. API keys are rejected.

## Query parameters

| Parameter | Type | Default | Description |

| `status` | string | | `pending`, `delivered`, `failed` or `bounced`. |
| `channel` | string | | `email`, `webhook` or `slack`. |
| `page` | integer | `1` | Page number. |
| `pageSize` | integer | `10` | 1-100. |

## Response

`200 OK`. `data` contains `notifications` (array, newest first) and `pagination`.

| Notification field | Type | Description |
| - | - | - |
| `id`, `incident_id` | UUID | Identifiers. |
| `channel` | string | Channel type. |
| `recipient` | string | Destination (address or channel name). |
| `status` | string | `pending`, `delivered`, `failed` or `bounced`. |
| `delivered_at` | string \| null | ISO 8601 delivery time. |
| `error_message` | string \| null | Failure reason. |
| `retry_count`, `max_retries` | number | Retry progress. |
| `last_retry_at` | string \| null | Last retry time. |
| `created_at`, `updated_at` | string | ISO 8601 times. |

## Errors

| Status | Code | When |
| - | - | - |
| `401` | `MISSING_AUTH`, `INVALID_TOKEN` | Missing or invalid session token. |
| `404` | `RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND` | No such incident in your project. |
